Moleskine Pages - Knock Knock

She stole my afterbirth before I was a minute old. She left me out in the cold with no way back in. She was never able to discern my cries nor bear my presence without complaint. She even chased my blue birds away.

Moleskine Pages- ' Rroids

I don't think this needs a lot of explanation, so I'll just leave you with the image.  With only four pages remaining on my current Moleskine, I am seriously considering an alternative sketchbook to work in. I simply can't get my head round paying £14 per book, it's extortion!

Moleskine Pages - Constitutional Motherhood

One by one my maternal duties fell away. I never consciously ticked off a list of lasts. The last bottle, story, button or bath. I am now, like the Queen, a figurehead. A constitutional mother. My mummy muscles at a loss, still yearning for their old job.... Wishing with a lump in my throat that I'd marked each occasion.
